Early start. Start off on the road then lot of pista. Find the crashed French DC6 which is very spooky. Pista, pista, pista to Requesens where the farmhouse makes us a salad with no lettuce but we enjoy the wine and dried fruits after. Flies horrible. Off we march and Sandy is not in the mood. Visit the outside of the castle and convince Sandy to continue but she runs out of steam. Find a refuge with no door so decide to camp in cow-field. Mosquitoes terrible so very early night. Wild boar surround us and then storms arrive at 2am. Run to refuge. Insect falls on my face and go back to tent at 4. Car passes (how I don’t know) at 6 and honks to wake us up……if the driver is reading I HATE YOU.
